Colour Therapy

Chromatherapy is a completely holistic, non-invasive, powerful therapy to encourage the body to begin to heal itself using coloured lights to stimulate and activate or calm and decongest the skin and muscles.

This is achieved using LEDs, which activate skin cells with pulses of low-level non-thermal light energy.

It can be used as a treatment on its own, or combined with any other treatment of your choice, as it is completely non invasive.

Red: used to increase circulation, and encourage sebum production.

Blue: cools, calms and soothes. Also calms allergies.

Green: improves inflamed conditions, relieves redness & helps to fade skin discolourations.

Yellow: tones, smooths and promotes the production of collagen.
