If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition and in its original packaging within 14 days and we will refund your purchase price less a 10% restocking fee subject to the following conditions:

• you must have called our office to discuss the matter before returning the item;
• a copy of the purchase invoice together with your contact details must be included with the item returned.
