All equipment & salon furniture is covered by a twelve (12) months warranty.
A Warranty Certificate and a Warranty & Repair form is included with each item of beauty machinery & salon furniture that is despatched. The Warranty Certificate is to be completed & returned to Elegans Health & Beauty (Elegans) at the address detailed on the document, within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the item purchased.
Should a warranty claim arise, the process is to call our office who will after discussion provide a warranty reference number, which is to be noted on the Warranty & Repair form together with full details of the problem and original purchase information. Elegans will then ask you to follow the procedure that has been discussed and advised to you in the phone conversation detailed above.
All items received by Efrlegans for warranty repair or replacement will firstly be assessed to determine whether the fault is due to a manufacturing flaw or the item is faulty or damaged due to misuse or wear & tear by the purchaser. If the fault with the equipment or furniture item is due to a manufacturing fault, Elegans will either repair or replace it at their discretion as quickly as it can possibly be done. If the unit is faulty or damaged due to misuse or wear & tear Elegans will not be liable to repair or replace it under warranty and Elegans will contact the purchaser to make suitable arrangements for the item to be repaired or replaced at the purchasers cost or to be returned to the purchaser.
Damaged or Incorrect goods
Any goods damaged during delivery or that are not the correct item, must be reported to Elegans within 48 hours of receipt on 1300 858 318 during business hours. Any notifications received after the expiry of the 48 hours may not be rectified by Elegans
